Mark lines to blink, display left or right arrows, and edit the time
in seconds. This Local Connection window can be saved by clicking
Tasks then Save Preferences and will display these defaults on initial
window. Click the message line and type your word (up to 8 characters).
For the next page, just click on the Page
slider. When your message is complete, you may edit it by using the
Page slider. Click on Program and message has been loaded in sign.
Click on Monitor and the notebook will show what the sign is
